Consultation Fee: $500
This includes the medical consultation, basic in‑clinic tests, and medications provided at the clinic (when applicable), as well as a medical certificate and a referral letter.
*All fees are charged in Japanese Yen equivalent to 500 USD.
*The consultation fee is per person.
*“Basic in-clinic tests” refers to rapid in clinic tests.
*If medication is not available in the clinic, we will issue a prescription to be filled at a nearby pharmacy. In that case, the pharmacy will charge you for the medication.

*Late night surcharge (outside 6:00 PM–10:00 PM): USD 200.
